The place is elegant and the food tastes like what your Nanay would prepare for distinguished guests. Oscar Mariano and his wife Rosalinda, Eddie Cruz, and brother Rolly, teamed up to create a dining destination for Filipino-Americans and their guests in Niles, Illinois. The atmosphere is warm with genuine Bulakeno hospitality and the native decor is a feast for the eyes! The restaurant is not just a place to have the best Crispy Pata, Pancit Luglog or Cassava Cake. To FilAms in Chicago land, it is a taste of the homeland, a glimpse of home.

Our Restaurant is the place to have the best Crispy Pata, Pancit Luglog, Cassava Cake and many more delectable Filipino dishes. The culture and the food are from the old Philippines with classic Filipino delicacies like Kare Kare and Pancit which are prepared from age-old recipes and Old World flavors.

Together with her husband and two brothers, Rollie and Eddie Cruz, Linda formed a beautiful dream of bringing the Philippines to Chicago and named it "FILIPINIANA"

Linda may have dreamed of a successful restaurant, but it took the skill and culinary expertise of Master Chef Rolando Cruz to make the delicious Filipino dishes become a reality. Linda has a beautiful eye for cultural symbols. The old world charm only enhances the wonderful aromas and taste treats coming from the kitchen.

Master Chef Rollie Cruz prepares exquisite gourmet dishes using only the best quality meats, fish, vegetables, and spices.

Rolando, or Rollie to his friends, has been a chef for more than 22 years. He has owned and operated other restaurants, but none as charming and full of Pinoy spirit as Filipiniana.

Rollie is an artist when it comes to tickling the senses. His dishes are not only delicious, but also very appealing to the eye. Rollie has three chefs who work under him as apprentices. All three know that everything that is served from Rollie's kitchen must be perfect!

Filipiniana has seatings to accommodate small parties or large banquets. The restaurant is decorated with wood carvings and trinkets found in small shops in Manila.
